Half a year has passed since our first Open Research Program.  It is our pleasure to announce the sixth and seventh events in the series.

Our sixth Open Research Program, which is also part of our Prelude [Exhibition] William Kentridge: The Refusal of Time Access Program, features Toh EnJoe, the author of Self-Reference ENGINE (translated by Terry Gallagher; San Francisco, CA: VIZ Media, 2013).  The event will take place on Sunday, February 16, at our Study Room in the former Rissei Elementary School.  40 seats are available.  Free admission, reservation required, in Japanese only.  Click here for details.

For our seventh Open Research Program, we will invite our Professional Advisory Board member Chris Dercon (Director, Tate Modern) to speak as a collaborative project with the Kyoto Costume Institute and the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.  The lecture will be held in the lobby on the first floor at the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.  150 seats are available.  Free admission, no reservation required, in English with consecutive interpretation into Japanese.  Click here for details.
